Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at your next billing date.

We'll notify you when you're approaching the limit. You'll need to upgrade to Pro to add more staff. We never remove existing staff without warning — you just won't be able to add new ones.

Yes, every Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all Pro features during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.

Annual billing is charged once per year at a discounted rate. The Pro plan is $29/month billed monthly or $290/year billed annually, saving you $58 per year. Enterprise annual pricing is available upon request.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice with NET 30 terms.
